Tachyon Community & Support

We’re building Tachyon as an open, community-driven platform, and we want to make sure you have the resources and support you need. Whether you're an early tester, a developer building with Linux and Tachyon, or an enterprise customer, there are multiple ways to get help and engage with the team.

Where to Ask Questions?

We've set up dedicated spaces for Tachyon support and general Linux discussions.

Particle Community Forums

The Particle Forums are the best place to ask questions, share experiences, and get help from both the Particle team and the wider developer community.

  • Tachyon Category – For all Tachyon-specific discussions, including hardware, software, connectivity, and use cases.
  • Linux Category – For general Linux-based topics, including Raspberry Pi, Yocto, Ubuntu, and other embedded Linux environments.

If you're unsure where your question fits, start in the Tachyon category - we can always move it if needed!

Early Tester Slack Channel

If you’re part of our early tester program, you have access to a private Slack channel for real-time discussions with our team and other testers.

  • Use this for quick feedback, issue discussions, and direct interaction with Particle engineers.
  • If there's strong community interest in a more open, real-time interactive chat, let us know!

Enterprise Customer Support

For enterprise customers, we provide dedicated support through our Technical Account Management team.

  • You have access to priority support via email and phone.
  • Reach out to your Account Manager for technical support, feature requests, and issue resolution.

If you're an enterprise customer and need help getting connected to the right resources, reach out to your account manager.

Next Steps

If you're looking for help, collaboration, or troubleshooting, check out:

We're excited to grow this community together, and we appreciate all the feedback, questions, and discussions that help make Tachyon the best it can be!
